FACILITIES

Factory
At our factory in Waalwijk, one hour's drive from Amsterdam, the production area extends over 3000 m2 and the facility is capable of producing more than 800 tons of steel- and other exotic materials with excellent mechanical properties per year.
Mabotecs sister company Hydroplus, which manufactures integrated hydraulic manifold systems, also operates at this location. Operating from the same premises, Hydroplus and Mabotec are going hand in hand, providing a total solution to manifold system requirements.

Machinery & tooling
Mabotec has invested in all the necessary machinery, equipment and tooling to guarantee production of their extraordinary hydraulic manifolds. Among others, very modern machinery with highest levels of automation are used, such as high tech MAZAK NEXUS' New Generation World-Class Horizontal Machining Centers, which are equipped with 70 bar High-Pressure Coolant through Spindle Systems. Mabotecs operation is set up to manufacture very large AISI316 Stainless Steel manifolds.
Mabotec also uses several High-pressure Cleaninginstallations. This equipment provides an extremely clean manifold through a special program of pre-washing and completion in a separate compartment with conditioned water and high-pressure airflow. Because Mabotec usually takes care of the environment, the machine is equipped with a micro filtering system and a high-tech oil-skimming device.
